As a marketing specialist, you will implement inbound marketing campaigns internally and for our marketing clients. This will entail knowledge of SEO, social media, and content. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day execution of client campaigns, including carrying out hands-on elements such as content creation, SEO recommendations, and analyzing campaign data. You will also work with different departments to coordinate campaign activity to help produce significant results across each assigned client.

Responsibilities:

Internal Responsibilities

  • Grow our customer base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company

Client-Facing Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly reports for clients containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against metrics agreed on with the client
  • Work closely with the account management team to ensure that all client accounts are well managed by you and have strategies in place for inbound marketing campaigns
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of your clients
  • Actively and frequently propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas
  • Create email marketing campaigns

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords; certification in both preferred
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge
  • Past experience building audiences, either online or offline
  • Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
  • Credible, confident and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills on the phone and online
  • Innovative and creative, with a precise and effective approach to problem solving and the ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate brilliant ideas founded on rock-solid strategic thinking
