Account Managers are the key day-to-day interface between the ParadoxLabs and our clients. On a daily basis, this individual will be monitoring our client portal, leading in a cross-functional manner to integrate client services across multiple disciplines and ensure all task are being completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Account Manager interacts with clients on a daily basis and is available to clients via phone, email, chat, and portal updates. All ParadoxLabs employees are accountable for and expected to integrate our Core Values (Innovation, Transparency, Partnership, and Commitment) into overall position responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for clients with the goal of customer loyalty and increased business sales
  • Fostering a team oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence both within and outside the company
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting trusted adviser relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Work with Project Manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver monthly client reports including but not limited to ticket synopsis, escalation reports, marketing analysis, recommendations
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Continually taking initiative and using strategic thinking

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant major or other relevant work experience
  • Passion for helping people sustain and grow their business
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and problem solve while handling multiple priorities
  • A detailed-oriented demeanor and able to work in a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics or AdWords (preferred)
